“Great location, plenty of places to eat.
Listings shows a a twin room and a double room, I didn’t have the opportunity to choose the twin room and it was locked when I arrived there, so we had to make do with the double bed.
It has a kitchen downstairs if you want to use it.”

“I stay here every two weeks for work and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It’s the perfect balance between hotel functionality and the warmth of a home in the heart of Leicester.
The best part: The peace and quiet for resting, the convenience of having my own kitchen, the location, and a team that always makes you feel welcome.”

“great location on the edge of Oakham, easy walking to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Road parking was fine but the road is quite narrow with cars parked up both sides. lots of outdoor activities at Rutland water. “Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up
Parking for car off road.
Access to public transport..
Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up.
Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”

“Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you to the hosts. ”

“we just needed somewhere to stay for 1 night and it meant those needs. It is obviously just a business as it lacks any homely feel to it- very basic, lacking in comfort and little effort made to make the guests feel that any additional efforts have been made.the dirty tissue left on the dining chair did not help assure us that it had been cleaned properly… ”
