Very welcoming staff and comfortable stay, we enjoyed eating at the pub too and were able to run a tab on the room which was very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and varied. Parking was a bit tricky on arrival but was sorted, it’s worth getting in touch before arrival to understand arrangements for this. Would definitely stay again if we visit Oakham in future

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Crown, room was small but clean & cosy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. Hotel is in a good position for looking round the area

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast. The area is great, very close to Rutland Water. Do not be concerned about being above a pub, there was limited noise and we were not disturbed at any point. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a very enjoyable one night stay at the Crown. The room was a good size with a very nice bathroom. There was a good selection of drinks at the bar and we enjoyed some of tapas dishes for our evening meal. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.
