“Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem.……

“Checked in my room, looking for TV remote control and found a new rubber, AND a used rubber in the drawer of the dresser. Alerted staff immediately, and left my room for 3 hours. Came back, was told it was handled and the room thoroughly recleaned. Nope, room cleaned but LEFT THE RUBBERS IN THE DRESSER DRAWER! Advised staff, was told they would take care of it asap.
Apologies yes, new room or compensation for the condition of my room and that "I" had to remind them more than once ..not good……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Main Street Inn in Lowell, Michigan. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and a great place to relax. One of our favorite features was the deck right outside the room, overlooking the Flat River—it was such a peaceful and beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view.
The location is also fantastic, with downtown Lowell and its restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to drive.
Overall, the……

“The pictures online through Expedia, did not accurately describe the condition of the property. The hotel was severely outdated, in need of repairs at every turn, ceiling tiles hanging from the ceiling or with pieces missing from them, hair from the previous guest all over our bathroom floor, when we asked for a couple extra pillows and blankets we were told they had “none left.” Noises from all throughout the hotel can be heard constantly inside the rooms, the cleaning staff began steam……
