"Room was clean. Property looked like it got hit by some crazy wind. The fence was all over the parking lot. Hot tub was not hot. All in all the stay was good."

"Rooms were just ok, outdated and rug had holes from usage. Rug in hallways was spotty and smelly. beds were comphy enough. Fridge and mIcrowave in room, but no coffee maker. However you can get coffee and tea in the lobby during the day, which was nice. The breakfast area is way too small to accomodate the guests. Many left after waiting for a long time to get to the food without eating. very few seating options all bunched close together so if you go when the hotel is full, forget about the breakfast. The food was ok if you could wait long enough in line. The hotel has a pool and a hottub which both were not clean. All in all it is a place for big families and my last option on a busy weekend. I would not book it for just a couple! Staff is friendly and helpfull. We were overcharged by 45.00. Not sure for what since I am still checking on it."

"Comfortable bed. Biggest complaint was no availability on the bottom floor. When we got back to the hotel from SeaWorld there were two illegally parked vehicles in the handicapped spaces"

"Great facility over all! Because of the in and out of guest from SeaWorld and the other amazing attractions the guests rooms and floors smell like a sweaty locker room/ musty. This is not our first travel so we always travel with fabric Fabreeze and it helped. Again some of the bar areas around the pool were closed, I’m sure the economy! BUT the fresh water outdoor pool was amazing since we made the trip to visit with family for a couple of days. Hot tub did not disappoint at all! They have a pool table but nothing for smaller kiddos to do, which is a shame because the property is so beautiful with so much potential for some outdoor fun! So bring your own outdoor games if traveling with smaller kiddos. Breakfast had lots of choices from hot to continental style. The staff was kind and on top of it! Beautiful property!"
