“Made a reservation and paid in advance. When we got there they refused to give us a room because we had a local address. We were forced to go to another hotel late at night to find another room. Absolutely unacceptable. And we chose this local, non-chain hotel on purpose. We then went to a large chain hotel and they welcomed us “locals.””

“We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear Inn. Check-in was a breeze, our stay was not expensive and the best part was it is pet friendly so we were able to take our fur babies with us. The room smelled clean when we walked in and nobody bothered us the entire time we were there! We definitely recommend staying here to anyone who plans to visit Maggie Valley. We plan to stay there any time we travel to the area.”

“Very quite and very clean”

“To begin with they don’t clean rooms everyday it’s every 3 days. Entering the room the first thing I noticed was that the bathroom had zero ventilation, additionally the toilet was dirty from previous guests and the toliet clogged with as much as a single tissue be flushed. Afterwards I tried to use the gym, of course the door didn’t work and had to track down the front desk for help. After getting entrance, the gym was full of flies. I’m talking 30 flies easily. Just disgusting conditions. The……
