Comfort Inn near Great Smoky Mountain National Park
"Room was clean, bathroom has been updated with walk in shower and beautiful glass doors. Breakfast was a nice variety, no complaints. Beautiful view from the parking lot!"
Smoky Falls Lodge
"The room was clean and very pet friendly and the staff was nice, the only thing about the room was no microwave oven, hair dryer, iron board or iron. Most hotels have these. I could do without the iron board and iron but no microwave that was a firsts for me."
Jonathan Creek Inn
"Completely clean place and it was very quiet, peaceful, I appreciate y'all. Would definitely recommend."
Laurel Park Inn
"The space was clean, had a microwave and a refrigerator plus a coffee maker. The room was very quiet and had a nice rocking chair on the front porch, which I took advantage of. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
Travelowe's Motel
"Very clean, easy parking, and a great location."
Clarion Hotel Conference Center Maggie Valley
"Property is worn and dated, a remodel is sorely needed. However, excellent staff made up for the property’s shortfalls. Breakfast is the usual institutional fare served by everybody else. But again, the staff put their own unique talents to work and improved the flavor, especially the turkey patties which appeared to be fried in some sort of grease. Definitely an improvement over other chains."
Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge
"The room was clean other than some cracker crumbs left under the desk area. The staff had forgotten to lock the adjoining room door so had to go bring this to attention of the clerk. She just said I won’t rent that room out. The balcony was not well kept at all and the vinyl on building hallways is extremely dusty! Need some Steps so guests can access the creek! There should also be limits on guests level of noise with music. We had some ladies downstairs & over about 2 rooms that played music loudly out back. We were there to rest n they were there for partyiny & drinking. The guy below us was smoking weed as well with a drift coming up on balcony! We could’ve called desk but just retreated back into our room instead of enjoying the balcony we paid extra to have and not causing any issues since only there for one night. Had we been there for longer we would have complaned. The clerk was not very friendly but guess southerners expect a little more than some are willing to give."

Four Seasons Inn
"Your basic motel that is a bit of a throwback, e.g. decor that is 20-years out of date. Well located. Clean. Large room. TV worked just fine. Breakfast was a bit skimpy. Nice, helpful staff."
