"The manager of the property was great. We had a rough property sale/purchase and found ourselves out of a house before we could buy. This cozy house tucked into a neighborhood was exactly what we needed to help us through the week. You have all the amenities of home and town. The property is quiet and beautiful. It was too hot to enjoy the balcony porch but it offered a scenic view. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area."

"Loved the property and area. My only advice is to update the listing. It says it sleeps 6, but it really only sleeps 4 with two queen size beds. Couch does not pull out, so you’d have to bring a blow up mattress for additional sleeping."

"The property owners were very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy. The reference in the listing to a picnic on the beach seems mis-leading. You do have a nice view over the river and we had a pretty sunset but no beach. The house looks nicer in the pictures than in person although it is large and accommodated our needs. There are a lot DIY renovations that pretty odd but didn't really interfere with our stay. Just not as luxurious as represented. I should acknowledge I manage some rental...

"Ah, these girls graduated in 1975 so our version of “partying” was a little different 50 years ago! But we found the house to be well stocked and furnished nicely. Comfortable beds and really nice bathrooms! Did not use the hot tub …but thot it might be nice to add a table and chairs outdoors…but otherwise the property met our needs and was very spacious!"

"Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here!"
