“The room was clean, though the shower head/tub was not working properly. Its an old property, but for its age, it was maintained okay. We didn't get to use the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would only stay here again if I actually get to use the water park, that's definitely the draw to this property. There was no coffee in the room, and no directory of the property(which is becoming less and less common). The breakfast was decent, a lot of options. Eggs, sausage, frozen omelettes……

“Clean and very good breakfast”

“Clean, well maintained with friendly efficient staff, Bedding and towels all seemed quite new. I particularly liked the half moon hot tub with a bay windowed view and being on 4th floor was quiet for rest. Would be nice to have a bathroom nightlight. Easy interstate or 45th street business/ restaurant access.”

“This hotel is so old that just is good for seniors.”

“Industrial area and run down place!”

“Was adequate and very convenient”

“Great Best Western, this location is by far the best Best Western I have ever stayed in!”

“Pool and hot tub wasnt functional. And when I went to the front the front clerk were no where to be found.”

“很好”

“Very responsive staff.”

“Clean room, lots of space, good location Wasn’t aware that construction would be going on so at times it was loud but not the worst”

“Nothing special about this hotel. Be VERY careful poolside though as the tiles they used around the pool are very slippery”

“Dead roaches on the wall roaches crawling all over the floor when you turn the light out, people standing in the hallway all time of the day and night.”
