A Manager on Duty was the only saving grace for our stay. I'd never stay here again. The night we checked in, we were next door to management removing a doir off the hinges for over an hour after midnight to get someone in their room. No one could've slept. We didn't. The next morning our door lock is sticking and maintenance insinuated it was my fault although it continued to happen the rest of the stay AND to the cleaning crew. You could hear everything from the hallway. The public carpeted areas including the hallways and elevators were soiled our entire stay. Its a new hotel, but our bathroom door already had dirt and mold along the bottom. Staff was less than accommodating except for the one MOD. We have no feedback on the free breakfast. Pics of pool make it seem larger than what it was. It filled up really quick. Just fyi on that part.

The property is very nicely maintained and quiet. The staffs are very nice too.

Their hours at the “clubs” are not as stated. Some of the areas seemed a little dated but overall not a bad place

A good and convenient location with the lakes and easy access to highways. A high quality service includes free breakfast, daily cleaning, microwave and refrigerator in the room.
