“Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN was a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our visit enjoyable. The hotel was clean, but it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited—especially for those needing gluten-free options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars.”

“Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.”

“Yes my wife and I stayed on July 10th 2026 I had a procedure that day in regards to surgery so we decided to stay and we had several issues such as no tv working and I called the desk and she mentioned to me that to change the hdmi input on the tv and that didn’t help we was never asked to accommodate to a different room and the ac unit kept turning off every couple of minutes and we had to get up several times during the night to be able to turn the ac back on it got really hot in the room we……

“Although the ratings were great it’s not really what I and my fam expected and the pics does not really show the reality. I suppose you get what you pay for. Positively The staff was friendly and the diner being attached, closed to highway and ample parking makes it good for people just wanting to hit the bed and get back in bed. But the rooms and property was really old/outdated , my kids described it as “creepy” or “eerie” , dirty carpets , popcorn ceiling which are falling apart in some……

“The property is brand new and beautiful. Our room was huge and had more than enough room for 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 children. All staff that we came in contact with were helpful, polite, and pleasant. The breakfast had the potential to be amazing but was unfortunately understocked with lots of items missing. This could have been because we arrived during the last half hour before breakfast ended. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.”
