“hotel was clean. pillows were like air which some may like but not me. couch was like a rock. front desk service was not good. at all. female clerk didn’t give us our wedding gift box. we found out we had one next day and had to go ask for it. when I checked in I was told we owed $40 even though it was prepaid thru Expedia. She called it a tax. Said 3rd party reservation companies are bad about not sending enough $$. I said I would look into it and check with her the next morning. Turns out this……

“This property has potential to be the 4-to-4.5 star location that it was meant to be at some point, but do not stay here until the construction of the new Courtyard which is directly in its front door is completed. The parking lot is a disaster with nowhere near enough legal and safe spots currently available for a night where the hotel is even remotely full. If you arrive after dark, you will be forced to double park, park illegally, or parallel park dangerously near the active construction……
