We booked a room that had a sofa bed, but it would not open up & was a screwed into the sofa. They didn’t have any other identical rooms to give us. That messed up our sleeping arrangements. Our window also opened wide up with no screen. We were on the third floor which was worrisome with small children. The beds were comfortable. The room wasn’t spotless but felt clean enough.

I’m not one to usually complain but here goes…. First the ac was loud and rattled. So loud we had to turn it off. Second, it wa a platform bed with unsecured slats so every time I rolled over it squeaked terribly so I had to sleep on the couch. Third, the water pressure was so bad I had to run around to get wet. It this hotel comes up on a hotel search…. Keep on scrolling!!

We arrived late . Staff was friendly polite and professional. Room was clean
