"My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. Quiet, clean, and the host answered all communications immediately. Host also graciously said I didn't need to do anything for checkout! Due to winter weather, we didn't use the pool like we were hoping to, so I can't review that. But the kitchen, in-unit laundrey, and bath, though a bit dated, were very clean and had basic cooking items in good shape. Altogether a very low-key, clean, fun, easy place to stay."

"My son had open heart surgery at Shands Hospital. I wanted a place I could walk there and back easily. A place with a kitchen where I could cook if I wanted to. A quiet, clean relaxing place where I could curl up on a couch and watch TV when I got home from the hospital. Sage House was that…and so much more. It was as close to home, as possible. Fully stocked kitchen, (not food) fully stocked bathroom, fans, and so much more. There was nothing I needed that wasn’t available. I highly recommend...

No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them! They are a special treat in our hometown each year to celebrate Easter!"

"We weren't in town for football, which is apparently a big deal in that neck of the woods, but it was a perfect location to commute to a music festival in Reddick. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood but less than 10 minutes from any major shopping/restaurant you would need. It was too hot to enjoy the courtyard but I'm sure it would be great in the fall."
