“The breakfast was minimal but ok. Room was clean and well located. However, there was a low level hum noise that was intermittent and annoying. The TV would not work because it was a "smart" TV and required something like an Amazon Prime account to use (which I'm not going to attach to a hotel TV). A screw was missing from the door jam locking plate which made the door less secure. We told staff about these things. They couldn't get the TV to work but offered to move us to a room with one……

“I loved the location of the hotel being across from the park and waterfalls!! Our room was average…A/C worked well. Bed was overall comfy although was on wheels so moved out from the wall occasionally. The outdoor pool was a nice feature but water wasn’t super clean and one of the bars by the stairs to step down into the pool was wobbly and the concrete around the pool is chipping which hurt bare feet. My biggest complaint is the way the desk attendant had no flexibility to provide a……

“The room was a good size with a regular size fridge, but no table to eat at - only a desk with 1 chair. They have a stove to use, which would be helpful to save $ on meals out - but, no cooking utensils. If you want those it's $35. Open food was left in the cabinets, which shows cleaning was not 100%. No pool or exercise equipment. The staff was courteous.”
