The staff was very accommodating and kind. The hotel was pretty, clean and safe. I would recommend staying here to friends.

Property was centralized in a walkable area near the zocalo , cathedral and templo mayor. Convenience store around the corner. Lots of quick food and restaurant options nearby . Hotel staff was nice and responsive. Hotel room was ok, bathroom dirty , had cleaning service done and still dirty. Very low shower pressure. NO AC and use of multiple fans is a must and still uncomfortable. Beds are just ok. I personally would stay elsewhere.

It was walking distance from the capitol and a lot to eat around the hotel. No air conditioner, bed was very hard. Doors to the restrooms had an opening, no privacy

hotel is ok, elevators don't work very well need improvement. hotel location is great, food is ok, hotel at night is very noisy, people outside clean all night. Staff is friendly.
