“My stay was ok. The condo was nice , I loved the layout. The couch had visible stains on it , I think it’s time to be replaced. The condo had a stale/old smell to it. Communication with the property is weird you have to contact them through WhatsApps.”

“It was a private unit therefore the check in had to be with a host and I it was made clear in the reservation at all. I went in and had to wait for a host to come in and check me in. the room windows were not clean as well as the balcony door handlewas broken. The balcony it self was really dirty and I was not able to use it. The apartment it self was okay put together although the towels were stained.”

“Loved itv”

“The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.”

“Great place to stay. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!”

“The condo was in a great location. Could walk to the boardwalk across the street, had a fantastic sushi restaurant right down stairs and the train was right next to the building. Owner was helpful with any and all of my questions, he really out did himself. Condo was cold, clean and had everything you need, they even put bottle water in the fridge for you.”

“Good option”

“Decent room rate but unfortunately the quality of the room is reflective of this”

“Property location very close to all the great places in the neighborhood. Such as Brickell Center, Great restaurants with roof-top bars. Hotel staff is very helpful.”

“Excelent”

“La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es como se muestra en las fotos. La vista no se puede apreciar de la mejor manera ya que están haciendo arreglos en el edificio y están las ventanas cubiertas por la parte de afuera con nylon y redes, y pasan el carrito con los obreros varias veces, eso quita privacidad. Tampoco se pudo utilizar la piscina, no tiene garage ( hay que pagarlo aparte y está a tres cuadras. Flor, la anfitriona excelente y responde enseguida.”

“The property was very nice, great location for what we needed. The rooftop pool was fantastic and Mari was great to work with. The pull out couch was doable but not great however that doesn't overshadow the overall stay!”

“The location of the building was excellent, and the unit itself was very nice. The finishes were a little dated, but the rooms were comfortable and had excellent views. My only concern was that the building was often very busy, and at times it was difficult to get an elevator to go up or down to the unit. Additionally, we were provided with two keys for the unit door but only one fob key to access the elevator and garage. This was a significant inconvenience since we were a group of four people,……
