“Mike's place was awesome!! The location was in a very safe and nice area. One minor flaw was that I couldn't get the tv to work, but the weather was perfect. Didn’t need the tv... easy check in, place is great for one or two people. Very clean!! I had a chance to meet Mike and he was so pleasant and so accommodating. I highly recommend Mike's place.”

“Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!”

“My husband and I were visiting Fort Lauderdale for 5 days and needed an inexpensive place to stay. It was such a relief to find that the glowing reviews for this property were very accurate. I have never stayed at such a clean, cute, and cozy place! AC worked quietly and well, bed was comfortable, decor was tasteful & simple and felt like home. Close to the airport,15 minutes to the beach. It’s a little place but was a perfect base for a busy week! ”
