“Good”

“Beware that there are two main buildings to the hotel. Marina side, be prepared to walk across a bridge in a hot hallway away from ALL amenities. Main building looks super new and upgraded, but marina building is older and surface level clean. Our room was clean, but looked like someone came in to paint or attempt to upgrade space on a budget. Pool area is small for such a large hotel, don’t expect to get a chair… not enough available. Although we had amenities bands, there was a hut stating we……

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“The property was overall nice and the staff generally was kind. However, I had made a reservation noting I had an infant. Called prior to arrival to request a crib. Was told it would be noted on my reservation and the crib would be in my room. Asked upon checking in for a crib and was told it would be brought up shortly. An hour or so later I asked again for a crib as I went to dinner. Still not one when getting back to my room. Was told they might not even have one for me at that point. So now……
