"This hotel is tired and needs a good clean. The laminate floor in our room was dirty. Staff at reception desk in the morning shift were unhelpful with even basic requests like milk, even though there was a coffee maker in the room. "

First day I checked in, I couldn’t open the safer, I asked for the service, the staff came and removed it but didn’t supply another one. I reminded to receptionists twice. Everyone had different excuses!"
