The customer service was second to none. Super high marks and many thanks to the front desk service of Jae and Larkin. I hands down recommend this hotel.

Miami Airport, like always couldnt seem to get things together. Our flight was delayed, our arrival gate was delayed, our luggage was delayed. With all that going on, i was very nervous we would not make the check in time to get our room. We called ahead and the front desk lady was kind and was willing to wait for us. Overall was a decent little place!!!

The view was amazing and beautiful, the property was beautiful and clean, will love to stay again

We had an issue with uncomfortable mattress. They IMMEDIATELY brought in a new one!! People wonderful, great value for this!! We've stayed at May-Dee Suites many time and wonderful each time.

We are a family traveling. I’d say we will not return with kids. It’s family friendly in the sense that there are other kids there but the resort overall is really not designed for families. My husband -who is athletic and 42 years of age - fell in the shallow end of the pool because the bottom of the pool was extremely slippery. He did get hurt. The staff was very nice and wanted to get us our room asap even earlier then expected. It's older but clean and 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Price point was great, easy check in. You can do street parking at a discount using their QR CODE they have posted. That made parking overnight less the. 25.00 and close to the hotel. Will stay there again.

I was very pleased with my visit. The front office staff was attentive and courteous. I was traveling alone and he made me feel not only welcome, but safe.

Beautiful art deco hotel and property in the heart of the action. The lobby area had cozy seating along with the open air restaurant seating next to the charming pool area. Staff were very attentive and fun. Highly recommend this property.

the hotel was very clean and so was our room. it was very quiet in the room . the location of the hotel is excellent close to many restaurante and shops within 1-10 mins walk. the staff was wonderful too ! excellent stay!!!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Loved that there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the no pet policy as well. Very smooth check in process, will definitely be booking again.

Quiet, clean, close and convenient to the airport and restaurants/stores.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was great! Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. If you’re in the area looking for a great place to eat as well, try Bistro Mezzaluna, it was excellent!!
