“The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. This caused a huge wait and a walk, down……

“The room was nice, clean, and spacious. This stay wasn't exactly in our travel plans, due to flight cancellations, but me and my husband made the most of it. The front desk worker Sarah was super friendly and very helpful with allowing us to stow our luggage while we wait for our room to be ready. She was very helpful in recommending good local bars and coffee shops for us to visit to pass the time. This was a lovely stay. Thank you so much!”
