“When I checked in, there were small cockroaches. I had made two reservations; the second one was for a room with two beds, but upon arriving at the hotel, they gave me one with only a single bed. The staff, however, were very attentive—truly very friendly.”

“The suite was very clean and it was a very good size. However, my daughter and I had just left a cruise ship that morning. I did know that check-in would not be until three however I thought all hotels would hold your luggage until you were able to check in. They would not hold our luggage and told my sister-in-law that they had no room for our luggage so we had to basically go around town with our luggage until we found a luggage facility in a mall to hold it while we wasted time until the room……
