The hotel is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The shuttle only comes at certain times I called from the airport and was told I would have to wait 2 hours for the next shuttle. I ended up getting a taxi 35 $. The main elevator was not working so it meant a walk to the next ...
Overall I like the hotel very much, it's convenient and super close to dolphin mall. I would recommend both for families or business travelers. They do have social events from Monday - Thursday which are good too. The only thing I would say is that breakfast was kinda boring. We stayed for a week ...
Close walk to Dolphin Mall and very accesible to other stores for my daughter's move-in to college dorm. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. We slept so comfortably....amazing pillows and mattresses!
Wonderful hotel. Everything we were looking for, or interested in seeing or doing was well within walking distance. We were never bored. Plenty to do and see. Excellent breakfast downstairs. Volleyball across the street, beach is big. Cant wait to go back
This was a one night stay prior to a cruise. The staff was excellent. we had the upgrade for happy hour and breakfast. Well worth the extra amount. The room was wonderful and the view of the port was spectacular. I would gladly stay again

All of our family is there, which means we had access to a car, and didn't care at all for amenities, we just wanted a clean room for the long stay. We were actually a bit nervous about the hotel and the long ...

Never once did we see a staff member attending to the pool on our 4 day stay. Jr. Suite resembles a normal hotel room size in most other ...
I was there for 3 nights, very clean rooms, the staff were amazing all the time. The location was perfect, close to the beach (driving distance, not walking), with a lot of different stores and restaurants a cross the street. I definitely recommend this hotel.
