A bonus was the unit coming with two beach passes! Karl was amazing to work with. Any questions we had, he replied right away and we appreciated the late check out time on Sunday. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. "
