“Pretty good for location and money ”

“We had a wonderful time. The location was wonderful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and the kitchen was fully equipped which made everything easier!”

“The house is spacious but it’s dated and there were some cleanliness and quality of life issues. The main level floors and kitchen cabinets were sticky and visibly dirty. The upstairs shower stall faucet leaked so much it was unusable. The issues we had with the tv not working and the heat being set to a low temp without access to change it were met with resistance by the host. The stairs are quite steep and were difficult to manage with a toddler and an elderly parent. While bed linens and bath……

“This property was lovely, true to its listing. It was very clean and had every amenity you could need. The check in process was smooth and easy with clear directions from the owner. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!”

“Host was great. Easy yet secure entry and exit. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and a large screen TV in the room. I stayed in February with temps in single digits and the apartment was warm and I had the ability to regulate the temperature. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Kitchenette had a microwave, small fridge, and pod coffee pot. Living room was comfortable with couch and chair and large screen TV. The place was quiet and my stay was relaxing. I’d……

“Great location of unit. Felt safe and secured and communication with listing agent was fast and friendly. Free off street parking - first come first serve, but we had no issues since we stayed off season. Host did recommend paid parking locations but we did not need it.Would recommend and revisit! Only issue, the carpet in the main room curls up and can be a tripping hazard. We moved one of the mats to keep it down and didn't have any issues after that.”

“The home was very dirty, mold in the shower, floors not swept or vacuumed. No clean dishes inside of the cupboards. Appliances cracked and run down. Heat setting was set at 65 and no option to change. Hot water for the shower was very temperamental making showers cold midway with no warning or reason. TV in bedroom would not turn on. Wifi advertised but have to pay for it. Metro advertised as a 15 minute walk but no directions on how to get to it. Limited linens- no wash cloths, not enough……
