“A longer stay would make more worthwhile Convenient to walk to restaurant Nice amenities Prompt response from host”

“Property was amazing but there were a few plumbing issues. We told the property owner and he was quick to assure us we were okay:) Great stay overall!”

“Fantastic home, exceeded our expectations. It accommodated our large family gathering and let us all be together for the holidays. Great that you can walk to the train into the city.”

“Perfect for my stay and price was attractive as well. Will look for this rental property again when coming back to this area. Home was clean, stocked more than a hotel, and provided several creatures comforts you find in a hotel. Would recommend to others.”

“location greatspace greatamenities great”

“Sandy was a great. We had a couple of hiccups with initial check in and some amenities and she was very responsive and fixed the issues immediately. I highly recommend this property for its space, location and property management.”

“Great location, great host communication!”

“Picture of the bedroom was not as depicted in the ad, big gap under door entrance to the room, box spring mattress missing lowering the bed extremely low, shower curtain fell down even before I got a chance to use it should be anchored on both sides. Positives were the hvac was great, the bathroom nice and very easy to access with a code.”

“It could use a chair in the room.”

“Charming little apartment in lovely Highlands right across the bay from Sandy Hook. Walking distance to lots of stuff and Carla and Ken are great hosts!”

“Loved the property and the location! I gave only 4 stars because of the room, I messaged the owner about a few things I thought needed improvement. Otherwise, it had everything I needed. The pic is from the 1st floor balcony :)”

“The apartment is newly refurbished, beautiful inside, well furnished, and squeaky clean, We spent a lot of down time on the huge outdoor deck which as lots of plush furniture. The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return.”

“Great host, location and accommodations. Awesome views from both decks.”

“Not the romantic getaway we expected… Pictures shown in the listing did not accurately depict the room we rented. While the room appeared clean it was not in the best of shape. The bathroom had missing hooks, drywall in need of repair and as overall teeny tiny. The towels looked like someone pulled them out of their hall closet. The room itself was tight. The floors were sloped. The door was a basic interior door that didn’t provide a sense of security. The bed did not have a headboard. And……

“The place was very clean!”
