“I booked a room for 4 weeks with a kitchenette, when I got there, I was given a room without a kitchenette. I went back to the front desk and told the mgr./owner took the reservation & the room they were going to give me the stove was broke. Then, it was further relayed to me that the rooms with kitchenettes, the max they are rented out for is 3 nights.... But I booked for 4 weeks & they excepted my booking. “The stay was a disaster from the moment we walked in. The floor looked like it hadn’t met a mop since the Bush administration, the shower ceiling was literally shedding pieces like it was molting, and the “internet access” was just a decorative lie. To top it off, an older lady decided to wake me up by screaming at me on checkout morning like I was the problem. No clean room, no working amenities, no extra sheets, no towels, no offer to move us—just vibes and disrespect. If you’re thinking……
