"If you get booked in the “print works” wing of the building, getting there is a HAUL- multiple elevators and long walks. So if you have lots of luggage and a little kid like we did, you might want to make sure you’re booked in the main building. Also if you have a car, you can’t unload and load out front, there’s a barricade for a pedestrian road in front. So just travel light if staying here. "

"The hotel was full and unfortunately we were given the worst room in the building. 121\. It’s above a night club, there’s no soundproofing and it is tiny. We got no sleep at all. An awful experience. Hotel staff were kind, we were refunded however this should not have happened. What was meant to be a special night away was simply awful. I have no doubt the rest of the hotel is a delight breakfast was lovely and the bar area good but if you want a good night sleep, due to the location this is not the place. "
