The location was perfect! We are on a 50 day trip through the UK and EU and laundry has been problematic. Having the option to do our laundry was a huge plus! It is close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. Everything is very close walking distance and the apartment was very well stocked and furnished. The only down side is the three flights of stairs if you’re from UK and 4 flights if you are from the US. I would not recommend bringing full sized suitcases.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Their location is great- they are walking distance from everything, but still located in a quiet street where you can avoid too many tourists.

Went for a romantic getaway and it was well worth it. I'm a big guy and fit comfortably in the bath tub, which is next to the large bed in the luxury suite. The room was large and put us at ease. Breakfast was good and Natalia offered great service. Staff left us alone when we wanted quiet and were available to help when needed, but the place is pretty quiet in the evening. Make sure you get in your requests for things before 8 because the staff's gone after.

Kitchen was well appointed, and they provided a welcome pack with cereal, croissants jams and cookies as well as milk and coffee so we didn’t have to shop right away - however was only a 3 min walk to the Sainsbury's. Was within walking distance of park, restaurants and the Roman Baths. Despite the 30 degree weather the fans provided helped keep it coo and comfortable.
