“I was checked into a disability room, which although OK is designed for wheelchair users. The sink was low and had no plug in it, so shaving was hard. The room was hot, and although there wasa fan, the window opened fully and wasn't safe to leave open overnight due to it being on the ground floor. The radiator front panel was falling off and the room had no desk/table to use for eating or work. “We have just spent 3 nights here and can't speak highly. Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was very well equipped, clean.
