“The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use. I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! ”

“This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. “This is a super cute cottage to stay in when you want to relax, has great access to bus stops. With all the hills wouldn’t recommend if mobility is an issue. My only concern with this stay was that it was advertised as a king bed, but a queen bed was what was in the home. Booking our stays took the longest as we needed a king mattress, so to have it advertised and not be in the home was disappointing. ”

“Unfortunately while this property is lovely the stay was very inconvenient and I wish I’d stayed in a hotel instead. Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. Check in is at 3pm and, unlike a hotel, there was nowhere in the property to leave luggage. Check out was ludicrously early at 10am so I had to take my luggage with me then. "The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped me go downstairs with my husband. I must give a big "thank you" to this kind gentleman. I suggest a wheelchair should be added in your hotel to move those in need. Ramps would also be helpful for visitors moving their luggage in such an old building."
