This is a lovely old Victorian building. Inside has been kept to its character. The breakfast at the property is excellent, it is cooked to order, and there is plenty of variety. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here the next time I go to Bath.

Absolutely amazing stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and decor was lovely. Food was fantastic-no faults. Lovely and warm-maybe a little too warm !

Easy check-in, despite arriving right before the front desk closed. Ample parking at night, but may be different on a weekend? Room had a lot of charm, and it is an older property so don’t expect posh upgrades. We were looking for something authentic so this lodge was perfect for our family of three. OYO offers made-to-order breakfast with a decent sideboard (we weren’t fans of the scrambled eggs nor hollandaise sauce, but everything else was fantastic). Overall, I highly recommend this property, and thank you for the impeccable service!

would not stay again
I booked this for a 1 night stay on a journey home from Cornwall and this is definitely not a 4* hotel. The whole place needs a massive clean and update. The beds were old and underneath the duvet cover, pillows and bottom sheet was very stained. We would have not stayed but coped for ! night as we weren't in the hotel for a long time. the receptionist was very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

From the warm welcome at check in to the advice of what to see in area, it was a great stay at the Oyo Bailbrook. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you!
