I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.”

“Room was too small and not in a good proportion to the price charged. Poor amenities - paper cups with Teflon coating health risk and with environmental hazards. No glass or mug despite the request. Broken coffee maker. We had to buy our own mugs and kettle! Super noisy air conditioner which will disturb you during day time and scare you at night when sleeping. This is another thing must be fixed asap. Slow response - room services. Friendly, diligent and helpful staff at breakfast. Good……

“Amazing stay at Cambria hotel! When we first entered, staff eagerly greeted us and easily took our luggage as we were early for our check in time. Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. We had issues with our tv and the tv engineer staff was very helpful and put in a lot of work to fix the issue for us! Front desk always kindly greeted us every time we left and came back into hotel. Location of hotel was perfect as it was close by to subway.”
