“The location is convenient and the room itself was clean, which are definite positives. However, the overall experience was impacted by outdated amenities and lack of basic modern conveniences. The room did not include USB charging ports, which is something most travelers expect today. More significantly, the air conditioning/heating unit appeared very old and was extremely loud—comparable to an airplane landing. “I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
