"The room was very clean. Their restaurant, Stock and Bond is outstanding. The parking is insane. Valet is hit and miss (sometimes they are at the curb for hours and sometimes there is nobody in sight). I bought a 4-day pass and 2 of the days nobody was working the valet station. The parking garage across the street is difficult to notice/find/get into and it is super tight inside and if you don't get the QR code from the hotel staff then you can't get back into garage to retrieve your vehicle. Parking is complicated and time-consuming. But, the hotel itself (rooms, restaurant, lobby, location) are all great."

"The woman with long hair at the desk who checked us in was snippy and unhelpful. Her hair covered her name tag. The rooms are hard worn, water pressure was terrible, doors are dinged, the flip lock on the door was hanging by the screws. No remote in the bedroom for the TV. Had to call for it. The pullout bed had one pillow and the case left for it barely fit it and there should have been two pillows. The blanket was very worn. Parking was tough, double parked cars waiting on 6th for valet so we walked it with kids. The breakfast was very good and the kids enjoyed the pool but at 8:30 am only 3 towels were left to use."
