“The first room they gave us smelled strong for smoke. They gave us a different room that still smelled like smoke but not as strong. The TV picture didn’t work and remote didn’t work.”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“Quite, clean, and very nice cutomer service especially, receptionists.”

“The property and room were immaculate and despite the terrible heat, the hotel stayed super cool! Staff was not the most helpful or welcoming but the stay overall was lovely. Breakfast is not included which is fine. It's well located and affordable!”
