“First of all we booked this specific place because we wanted a relaxed beautiful romantic night for our anniversary.. we saw on the website picnic place, the menu with different meats or cheeses with house wines.. I contacted the property to try and arrange these meals for pick up to do our picnic.. there was said no picnic and only 40 euro meals per person.. I asked when can we check in at 1pm okay that works for me.. can we maybe come earlier to check out the property maybe swim in the……

“I go to Latina at least 1 or 2 times a year for business so, due to the location, last year I booked this Hotel because the other one I used to go, it was under renovation. I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff, the hotel was practically new and surprisingly affordable, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. So, I went back already other 2 times taking also my Boss from US who has been very impressed.”

“Absolutely beautiful stay. Can't beat the view of the property and room. Only an hour bus ride/drive to the center of Rome. It is a bit of a hike to get to and from the place, so I wouldn't recommend it for individuals with disabilities, nor do I recommend packing more than 1 large suitcase. The host was amazing, very polite and informative and the daily breakfast consisted of homemade and fresh croissants and other pastries. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind a nice hike as the……

“We absolutely loved everything! It was our first night in Italy (although we have been to Italy many times) and we could not have found a better place. Certainlyoff the beaten path but well worth the trip. Wonderful room, excellent food and our host, Egi, was incredible. Anna Maria helped serve dinner and treated us like family. DO NOT miss an opportunity to stay here!!”

“La posizione è bella (immersa nel verde), il personale molto gentile e l’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve ”

“We stayed here due to the proximity to Ninfa, it was pretty close, still a 20-30 minute drive. The wifi did not seem to work. Breakfast was good and the bed was the best we have had on our trip. ”

“Very welcoming. Super nice property manager. Restaurants close by...Pizza Te Do is close and has best pizza ever!”

“Clean room, friendly staff, convenient parking. Chatter from other rooms and random sounds were an annoyance.”

“Hotel datato...non dico altro Le altre recensioni sono abbastanza esatte sul personale”

“B&B molto caratteristico, per chi ama la tranquillità. Nelle vicinanze c’è un ottimo ristorante ”
