“Room was cleanish. Absolutely freezing in there even when we tried to warm it up. We raised concern about the shower because it was EXTREMELY chloriney. We have very chlorinated water where we are from so it was not simply the presence of it. It literally burned our throats and eyes and I still have a cough 5 days later. They said it was normal so maybe it was just our weak Canadian lungs but man it was actually like a torture chamber. They did give us a free drink though so that was nice.”

“Very beautiful place. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. My wife loved the cappuccino in the morning. Rustic charm. A little outdated but it really gave the Italian feel which we loved.”

“The place was nice for a two night stay. There is no personal fridge, only one that is shared, but there is a kitchen to store food and drinks. My room had three sections, the bedroom with a tv and clothing storage; the living room with a couch, table, and wall mirror; and the bathroom which had both a toilet and urinal and the shower was the whole room. There was not a lot of storage or surfaces in the bathroom itself, so I ended up running out a lot to grab clothing, towels, makeup, etc. but……

“The Hotel Support chat is terrible. I had a problem with the safe in the room which started being all of the sudden without me even touching it. It was about 6pm. So I messaged about it in the hotel Customer Service chat. Turns out I was chatting with AI which notified me nobody was available and I'd have to wait until morning. I replied back asking if they were serious? It replied back asking to send a video. Eventually a person showed up and turned the safe off. On another day I chatted……

“Everything was excellent, with the only exception being the music played over the loudspeakers in the hotel’s common areas at midnight is unnecessary.”

“隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！”

“Room was tired and not very clean but did include a broken shower and safe. Endured a whole holiday without a safe as they could not repair or replace it,had to carry my passports and credit cards with me.”
