Based on the images in the Expedia/VRBO listings I did not realize that this was a standalone building. The apartment is actually above a garage of a pole barn. The main level is currently not occupied so there was no issue with that. Mini splits for comfort, a place to store your outdoor gear, a washer and dryer for when you get gross, fully stocked and ready to cook in kitchen. Comfy bed and fold out couch.
