“Spacious, clean and comfortable! Very relaxing spot by the lake, family friendly. Our group had a wonderful weekend stay.”

“What a lovely little getaway cabin! We had a relaxing stay while in town visiting friends. We did not do any off roading so can not speak to that, but we enjoyed the surroundings and the clean, fully equipped space. The road noise is a bit much but that is not fault of homeowners! We wished we could have stayed longer!”

“stayed there with two buddies to fish lake gilmer. The tiny home was great and comfortable, and we will stay again when in the area. The owner responded to my emails very quickly. Definitely recommend.”

“The Lakehouse had a great view of the lake & was located in a private/secluded area. Very peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated all of the cookware appliances that were provided.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay. Not sure the sheets were laundered, but the rest was clean. The railing on the back porch is a little scary. Parking is a little tricky. Over all, we enjoyed. We were there for 2 nights.”

“This was an excellent place to stay out in the country while visiting NE Texas. We really enjoyed our stay w/ 3 kids (9, 6, 4) and one elderly. There were 2 rowboats and a canoe which we enjoyed. We saw fish moving though didn't catch any ourselves. Paula the host was extremely helpful and responsive. ……

“I absolutely loved this property. Me and my family rented this cabin and we all were very happy. The views of the lake were amazing and relaxing. I know I will be visiting again in the future. Alexandra was responsive and awesome. Thank you again for an epic weekend. ”

“Cabin and “outhouse” were clean and comfortable. I took the main bedroom and my travel buddy took the living area bed, we did not try the loft nook. We grilled on the coal grill and had the firepit going each night. I toured the pond on one of the kayaks. The weather was gorgeous and we watched the egrets and herons fish and listened to distant sounds of cows, one donkey, birds and frogs. We were there for a local event just two miles from the cabin. This was the perfect peaceful location to……
