“Very friendly reception and staffs. Comfortable bed in the room. The atmosphere when happy hour is excellent with good apple cider going with wine. I would love to stay here again when visiting San Francisco.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again.”
