“Hotel name is not visible from the street. Parking on site was appreciated. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was 'open' but the cook was not there. After a while they reached her by phone and she would be there in 15 minutes, and was told to take our orders and I paid for two 'specials'. After arrival, the cook/owner(?) came out and chatted with several locals and then brought her dog out to visit with a guests dog. Later she came out with a hairnet on making me optimistic. We……

“We used this b&b for a short visit in the area and we're very pleased with our stay. It's based 3 miles from the lovely criccieth and 5 to Porthmadog so pretty well located for this part of Wales. “The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. ”
