The Slate was a beautiful B&B, the room was very comfortable. Bed was really comfy, quilt and pillows just perfect. Towels were so soft and fluffy, The food was lovely and the staff very helpful. Shout out for Rachel and Ashton, absolute gems and the proprietor should recognise the staff for their fab customer service. Parking was great and the ease of check in and check out couldn't have been any easier.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff helpful, food was filling and tasty. Only issue that needs to be understood before arrival, is the step stairs to the bedrooms. But didn’t detract from a nice experience.
