“The property manager was responsive and kind when we could not get the key out of the security box. The cottage was a wonderful old place and was very comfortable in most respects. Great location for visiting every direction of Snowdonia. Missing were some basic necessities that surprised us: no dish soap (of any kind), and no sugar or pepper in the kitchen. There was only a French press coffee pot, which was fine, but it was missing a part, so the press didn't work. These didn't ruin our……
