Great for a short stay and a good base for exploring the area. The room was good, food good with choices for veggies, and the breakfast especially good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Free parking available for guests. We gave up a day of cleaning for free beer. the bar is well stacked and the breakfast is both buffet and made to order (free for Inn guests).

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Wales and the location was excellent. The room was modern, if a little small and without AC during the heatwave, which meant that even with the windows open, the room was very warm. The food was good both at breakfast and on the one evening we had a meal. The hotel have a strange rewards system where you can forego your room cleaning for a free drink, but the system is cumbersome and seems more hassle than it is worth.

Car park was fully open contrary to several emails stating it was closed prior to our stay which almost caused me to cancel. Staff were lovely/ really friendly. Remote for tv was missing but was found and returned. (Unfortunately batteries were dead rendering it useless). Lovely bar area and food was really tasty. Really good stay.

Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty.

Every member of staff we met at the hotel were absolutely lovely. The chef and catering team did a really great job catering for my quite specific unusual dietary issues, and all the others were cheerful, helpful and attentive. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, although being really picky, we found the lighting was a little bit dim. We really enjoyed the stay very much.

Spent a one night stay in a family with my two 14 year olds. Check in was a bit slow, waiting in the bar area for around 10-15 minutes early evening, before a staff member could see to us. Our room was in a separate building and was newly refurbished. It was spacious with a large bed and sturdy bunks, all important WiFi for the kids! Decoration was cosy and comfortable. Tea making facilities were welcomed. Had a quiet nights rest. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant. We were served quickly and the food was delicious- steaks & burgers being ordered. Good size portions, Table’s weren’t cleared anywhere without asking and we could sense frustration of some guests but we weren’t too bothered. We finished off with a ‘brick’ of sticky toffee pudding. We all rolled to bed stuffed! The outside areas of the hotel were pleasant, lots of seating, pretty flowers, twinkly lights. We didn’t bring our dog but it looked like they’d be well catered for. Breakfast was pleasant with lots to choose from and again delicious. The morning staff were super helpful and friendly. We took the opportunity to visit Swallow Falls being right opposite. Spent about half an hour there taking some pictures. All in all, good location for the town and visiting Snowdonia. An enjoyable brief stay. Would certainly book again.

Large, comfortable and clean room with all the required amenities. Staff were excellent and very friendly as well. Location was great across Swallow Falls and have ample of parking. Will just need to validate your car with reception if staying over. Highly recommend and will stay again if we are back in the area

Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.

Great experience at this wonderful hotel.

The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger.

Very quiet and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious. The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout. Staff were frieny and helpful
