“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return I don't expect perfection when staying at a hotel, but I do expect basic cleanliness and working amenities. Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing from beginning to end. Our first room had a toilet that didn't work, an air conditioner that didn't work, and even the buttons on the room phone weren't functioning properly. “We had a wonderful stay at the Natchez Manor! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway for couples looking ot relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!”

“The owner was a great host. He was very informative and knowledgeable. His home is a museum of beautiful antique furniture and paintings. We especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood and admiring all the beautiful historic homes. The home cooked breakfast was 5 star and served beautifully on an impeccably set table. The antique dishes and silver serving pieces were gorgeous and made for a dining experience that takes you back in time.”

“Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.”

“The property is a large antebellum mansion plus a couple of cottages set among ancient live oaks in the countryside about 15 minutes from the historic center of Natchez. It is nothing short of spectacular. The owner and staff are lovely ladies in the Southern tradition (even if they are transplants from up north.)
