“The hotel is a bit dated but it’s good value for money. We stayed in a family room with two en suites.”

“Room was tired and many metal handles colour chipped and peeling. Tiny wash basin. ”

“Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright. It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay. No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room. Free parking close to city area is a plus”

“Wonderful experience, friendly and helpful staff.”

“room is very dirty trash in trash bin is not disposed. hair ( not mine ) on towels lipstick on glass sofa is dirty with stains shoes print on wall reject my request for late check out for no reason ( actually for fake excuses )”

“Overall very nice stay. Location: Close to King’s Park and Elisabeth Quay Station. About 10 mins walk to the malls and CBD. Room is spacious and clean. Very comprehensive setup for the kitchen. Good room service, just need to ask the receptionist for replacement. 2 setbacks. First is the second bedroom. Only window, no fans or aircon in the room. It’s very hot in summer especially if there is heatwave. Yes there’s air con in the living room but the cold air can’t really circulate into the room.……

“The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a nice cafe. The Jacob Ladder next to the hotel isca great plus. ”
