"We arrived late, and were pleased that room service was available until 10.00pm (this compares well with other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the bathroom very good - shower simple to use, thick towels. Power points by the bed, USB point on one side of the bed. Great to have bus to and from airport. Check in was pleasant enough, the morning staff were more friendly. Cafe coffee was good. "

"Parking was full when I arrived and I was told to park down the hill by the river. There was a graduation party and they were busy. I am a single 60 year old and was expected to lugg all my luggage up a hill on my own, I said I can't do that and was eventually told to park my car outside the hotel. At $65.00 per day fees that's not good enough. I lost my credit card an hour earlier so I had already paid for the hotel but I needed the card for deposit, I had plenty of cash but was told they do not accept cash. I couldn't pay with Australian dollars at a hotel in Australia? The manager was called, he kept telling me he couldn't accept cash then he said ok with a very disgruntled attitude he put my $50.00 notes under a counterfeit detector, I was treated like a criminal not a valued guest. The next morning I went shopping in Perth and placed a please clean my room on the door. I came back at 2.30 and the room had not been cleaned, they did apologize after I rang to let them know but I didn't want to go out again just to let the cleaner do her job. "

"Staff were friendly and room was clean. However the room was very small, in fact so small that the double bed was pushed up against a wall, making it really unsuitable for two people. The bed was also clearly a very low cost mattress and not very comfortable. As a hotel near the airport I suppose it would be expected that people would be leaving in the middle of the night, but the lack of any sound proofing ment this made it very difficult to sleep."

"Adequate place for overnight stay. Due to previous clientele, rooms will have a stale tobacco smell, and fresh cigarette smells came through some vent at times. Staff were very helpful overall."
