Maeva on the concierge was amazing. From check-in to check-out she made us feel so welcome. Her kindness and professionalism was beyong fantastic. We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us. Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth.
