“This property is simply superb! It is so welcoming, beautiful, comfortable, roomy, convenient and well appointed. The hosts care about the little things, like coffee, providing simple daily paper products, plenty of bedding and storage. The location is very convenient, you can walk so easily all around the town to sights, shops and restaurants.We had a small issue with the tvs and the host responded promptly. All in all, if we return to Santa Fe, we will look to stay at Zona Rosa again!”

“The house is beautiful and spacious. The landscaping is so complementary to the surroundings and so restful. It was very clean but no strong smells from toxic cleaners which I greatly appreciate. It’s very easy to contact the host and all of the family wants to stay there again soon. We loved the salt water jacuzzi and the sauna. ”

“Place was as pictured. Can walk to Square and beyond. Easy code locks on door. Clean laundry room and great ice machine. Kitchen is small and does not have a dishwasher-but why would anyone want to cook with all of the great restaurants within walking distance. Always felt safe and street was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again. ”

“Home base for a 70th birthday for my partner, myself and 3 other friends. Great central location to all of Santa Fe. Also close to Santa Fe friends who hosted larger groups for Friday and Saturday night celebrations. Could easily walk to Canyon road (adjacent to property), museums, Plaza, etc. All of kitchen very well stocked and labeled to make finding everything easy. All beds comfortable and nice linens, plenty of pillow options. Only negative was a/c. Two downstairs bedroom and upstairs……

“We were very pleased with our accommodations; everything was so perfect. It was quiet and the views were absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our mornings, and evening spent on the patio. The weather could not have been more cooperative. We also spent time being leaf peekers and we saw the most colorful leaves on Santa Fe Ski Resort. We spent time in Santa Fe eating and just hanging our-I always enjoy the shopping. There is so much to do in the area. All in all, the time spent was……
