Our spacious and accommodating 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation home is the perfect set-up for family groups of all ages to enjoy both nearby bay and beach activities. But best of all is the "front and center" position to gaze at gorgeous Newport Harbor views! Here's what you'll find:

GROUND LEVEL

LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Large bayview seating area with 4 plush chairs;
- Round dining/game table for 4
- Expansive windows overlooking the front garden and Newport Harbor

- Sofa and twin fold-out loveseat

rented in lieu of the mat to better accommodate adult sleepers, if desired.
Make arrangements w/ our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for
arrival.

CONJOINED MASTER/HALLWAY BATHROOM:

- Two separate toilets
- Two separate sink/vanity areas
- Closet/dressing area
- Entrance doors from both the hallway and Master Bedroom.

LINENS: Bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

- Back patio (shared with unit B) with small outdoor table w/ seating; gas BBQ

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

PARKING: One space in garage; accessed from rear alley. Access door into house. General neighborhood street parking when available.

LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities located in garage utility room. Guests must provide their own supplies.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, etc. Contact us for more information!

Perfect Week at the Beach!
Beautiful unobstructed view of the bay. House is a typical (original style) Newport beach house- we actually loved the charm of the “art” and furniture. Don’t go if you’re looking for high luxury- go for comfort and relaxation. Beach view Realty is by far The BEST experience I’ve ever had with a rental. Thank you everyone (especially JAKE!) very meticulous and made everything PERFECT! P. S. Rent the bikes!

GREAT LOCATION
You are certainly well located here. Walks on the surf crashing Pacific beaches or relaxation on tame Bay beaches are close by. Even at the property, great views. It's not a particularly modern property, more a comfortable beach house. Just one note: You do share the small back yard patio with people staying an adjoining apartment at the back of the house. Perhaps that was clear in the description. If so, I missed it. Not a problem for us, just mentioning it in case other folk need to know. We had an enjoyable stay.
